Characteristics of Huimao Thermoelectric Cooling Module 
 
The cooling materials of thermoelectric cooling module are connected to the copper conductor tab by two shielding layers. Thus they can effectively avoid the diffusion of copper and other harmful elements, and enable thermoelectric cooling module to have a much longer useful life. The expected useful life for Huimao’s thermoelectric cooling module exceeds more than 300 thousand hours and they are designed to be highly tolerant against the shock of frequent changes in current directions.
 
Operation under high temperature
 
With the adaptation of a new type of soldering material, which is very different from the kind of soldering materials used by our competitors, Huimao’s soldering material now have a much higher melting point. These soldering materials can withstand heat up to 125 to 200℃.
 
Perfect Moisture Protection
 
Every thermoelectric cooling module has been produced to be fully protected from moistures. The protection mechanism is made in vacuum with silicone coating. This can effectively prevent water and moisture from damaging internal structure of the thermoelectric cooling module.
 
Various specifications
 
Huimao has invested heavily in purchasing various types of production equipments to produce non-standard thermoelectric cooling module with various specifications. Currently our company is capable of producing thermoelectric cooling module with 7, 17,127 ,161 and 199 electric couples, area ranging from 4.2x4.2mm to 62x62mm, with current ranging from 2A to 30A. Other specifications can be manufactured based on special requirements of our customers.
 
Huimao is committed to develop high power modules to broaden the practical application of thermoelectric cooling module. After years of hard work, the company is now able to produce modules with the power density that is two times higher than that of common modules. Further more Huimao has successfully developed and manufactured the double-stage high-power thermoelectric cooling modules with the temperature difference of more than 100℃, and the cooling power of tens of watts. In addition, all modules are designed with low internal resistance (0.03Ω min) that is suitable for thermoelectric generation.
